1. Shipping Origin

All GPS tracking devices and hardware accessories are shipped from our fulfillment centers in the United States or the United Kingdom, depending on stock availability and customer location.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped:

  • You can also track the status via your account dashboard or the courier's website.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and shipping speed.

Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for qualifying order volumes.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For shipments outside the US/UK, customs duties or VAT may be levied by local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

7. Failed Delivery & Returns

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us.

  • Reshipping fees may apply.
  • Unclaimed returns after 15 days will be restocked.
