We offer a 7-day refund window for new customers on our SaaS telematics platform. If you're not satisfied with the service during your first 7 days, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a SaaS refund, email support@vignancorp.com with your account details.
We accept returns of hardware devices within 15 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vignancorp.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll issue a return authorization and instructions.
If your hardware arrives damaged or is not functioning as intended, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost or offer a full refund upon return.
Proof of damage (photos) may be requested to process the replacement or refund quickly.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received or refund is approved.
We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
